MIcrosoft XP?

My clock on my computer is set to syncronize everyday with microsoft.com. Recently it is three hours behind, and it is still set to pacific U.S time. How can i fix this?

Why would you synchronize with Microsoft? Just right click on the clock - Adjust Date and Time - click Time Zone tab and set to where you are at.

Make sure all updates have been run on your computer. I bet you do not have the DST2007 patch installed, it can be found at the link below.

set the time zone to your particular time zone %26 have it re check. If it is already set, and the time keeps going out of whack, you will probably need to replace the battery on the board.
