Is the Microsoft Life Chat headset compatible with the Xbox 360?

I found a wireless headset that looks exactly like the Xbox 360 wireless headset, only it's black, and cheaper. It's called the Microsoft wireless LifeChat headset, and I'm curious whether or not it's compatible with the Xbox 360. Here's a link.

i think it is.....but not fully compatible......maybe the mic might nt work ....... nt sure
