When I try to open Microsoft Word it freezes. When I look at the Task Manager it shows two Word programs ''trying'' to run even though I only opened it once. I have uninstalled Windows2000 Small Business and reinstalled it and still have the same issue. It seems to still try to open the uninstalled version. However I can open Word using the /a switch.
