my sceens keeps saying microsoft window has stoped working then another screen pops up and say,s it,s restarting but does not.how do i get it to restart or stop the screens from poping up.

Re-instal windows
Do a virus and spyware check, if you haven't yet, also check for the latest, windows security updates. Use system restore if you have it. (From you start menu, all programs, accessories, system tools). Pick an earlier date, when you know your pc was functioning properly, and system restore, will bring your pc back to that date.
note: You'll have to re-install any programs or things you may have downloaded, after this date. Hope this helps
